Attributed to the lot, never to the name
What vendors write afterwards.
We do not print names. A house and its price are a private matter, and the people who sold through us are entitled to stay out of a marketing page. The lot number is enough to check the sale in the report.
They turned down the first two offers on our behalf, in writing, with reasons. The third came in $500,000 over the guide.
Park Lane House · sold in 19 days
The measured area came back under what the last agent had printed. She told us before she told a buyer.
Upper East · sold at guide
Eleven days on their private list, two viewings, one offer. We never had a photograph on a portal.
Riven Rock · agreed before launch
We asked for a higher guide. Claire said no, explained what would happen if we insisted, and wrote it down so we could argue with it later. We did insist, on the second house, and she was right about that one too.
Two sales, 2024 and 2026
Rafael walked the boundary with our neighbour before the survey, which is the reason the sale did not fall over in week ten.
Toro Canyon · sold in 44 days
Buying through them was the first time an agent told us what was wrong with a house before we asked.
White Court · registered in 2025
Our particulars arrived by post on a Tuesday. Nobody had asked us for a “lifestyle statement” and there was not a single exclamation mark in it.
Montecito · sold in 31 days
Kept at the office
Every letter above is in a folder on Alameda Court, and any of them can be read on request before you instruct us.
Two vendors asked us not to quote them at all, and we have not.
Sales agreed in the twelve months to August 2026

Ask them yourself
We will put you in touch with a vendor.
Before you sign anything, ask for the name of someone who sold through us this year. We will ask them first, and then give you their number rather than a quotation.
